Michael M. Bersani, CPA
The idea behind Bersani CPA was formed when Michael was in the process integrating an acquisition target for a manufacturing company in Wilimgton, NC. During discussions with the acquired companies owner he realized the need for expert financial leadership and knowledge in small and medium sized businesses. Shortly after completing the integrartion, Michael left the corporate world and created Bersani CPA to provide clients with expert financial management services.
Micahel Bersani CPA has over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, in both, public and private sectors; from extensive audit experience to various roles in the private sector from Financial Controller to CFO.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time running around with his wife, Tiffany Bersani, chasing their two year old twins, Ellis and Eleanor!
